Support
Bug reports, capture questions and help with the API.
support@abackscreenshot.com
Include the request id from the API response. It is the fastest way for us to find the exact capture. Never include an API key, a cookie or an authorization header.
Security
Responsible disclosure and security questions.
If you have found a vulnerability, write to the support address with the subject line starting with "Security". We will confirm the receipt and keep you updated while the report is being fixed.
Before you write
- The error code in the response tells you what went wrong. Every code is listed in the API documentation.
- A capture that times out is usually a page that never finishes loading. Try the network idle readiness strategy and a longer timeout.
- A blocked address means the host resolves to a private, loopback or metadata range. The service will not make that request, and no configuration changes it.
